Q1. What is your return policy?

Every creation at Studio 102 is made with care, intention, and love. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our work, we don’t accept returns. Each creation is one of a kind, with its own character and soul.


Q2. Will I receive a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we believe you should feel assured before your creation comes to life. We will send you a sample color/finish by courier for your approval. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll begin. Do note that natural variations may occur — they’re part of the beauty of handmade art.


Q3. Do I need to pay an advance?

Yes, once you approve the sample, we request a 50% advance to reserve your slot and begin working on your creation. This helps us secure the time, love, and resources that go into shaping it.


Q4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are delighted to share our creations with art lovers around the world. International delivery is available, with shipping and customs costs to be taken care of by the buyer.


Q5. Can I visit Studio 102 to see the making of my creation?

You’re most welcome! We love when people connect with the process. With a prior appointment, you can visit us, meet the team, and experience the spirit of Studio 102. Since the making process is long and intricate, you may not see it from start to finish, but we’d be happy to share parts of the journey with you.


Q6. Do your creations come with a warranty?

Each creation is crafted with devotion and we encourage you to care for it with the same love. While there isn’t a formal warranty, if life happens and there’s damage — whether a small chip or a bigger accident — we’ll be here to help restore or repair it at a cost, depending on the extent. Think of it as us breathing new life into your creation, together.


Q7. How do I clean my creation?

Every creation comes with a Care Guide [link]. We also provide a special soft brush — use it occasionally to gently remove dust. Please avoid water or cleaning liquids, as your creation is happiest with just a soft touch.


Q8. Is there a warranty or guarantee on the creation? What if the color chips off or an accident happens?

Every creation at Studio 102 is crafted with immense love, care, and attention to detail, and we encourage you to cherish it just the same. While we don’t offer a formal warranty, please know that if life leaves its little marks — a chip, a scratch, or even an accident — we’ll always be here for you. Our team can lovingly repair or refurbish your creation at a reasonable cost, depending on the extent of the damage. For small chips or touch-ups, we’ll happily restore its beauty so it continues to shine in your space for years to come.
